  • Sutherland House

    Sutherland House is an office-to-residential conversion of 128 residential (PRS) units in central Sutton. The project demanded a careful balancing of Local Authority planning aspirations for local enhancement, with an extremely tight budget and short programme.

  • Bensham House

    Our Client, Day Lewis asked us to create a design that would allow them to convert an under performing commercial building asset into a residential project. At all times we were concerned to keep focused on the human experience and to cater for private, semi-private and public interaction and activity, and seeing how we could transfer some of the high-value design, social and well-being aspects of established house design into an apartment block.

  • St John’s South Village

    Located on the former Coronation Street site in Manchester, it will consist of the South Village and St. John’s Place, in total forming 60 units.

  • Livinhome / Woodview Mews

    Woodview Mews comprises eleven residential units ranging from one bedroom apartments to six bedroom houses. It is constructed on a back land brownfield site and is the first realisation of the Geraghty Taylor Livinhome housing typology.

  • Financial Institution Headquarters – The Leadenhall Building

    A Design and Build CAT B fit out for a financial institution in London’s iconic Leadenhall Building. The 12 week programme involved CAT A modifications followed by a high specification fit out of the 17,000 ft² space.

  • St John’s Place

    Located on the former Granada TV headquarters site in Manchester, St. John’s is a village-inspired community from client Allied London - in association with Manchester City Council. Geraghty Taylor was commissioned to create the brand and interiors design guide for the first two residential areas within St John's South Village and St John’s Place Tower (also known as ‘Village and Sky’).

  • Hortonworks

    This project is the new European HQ of Hortonworks, the hi-tech California-based start-up. The initiative reflects the company’s continued growth and success in international markets and also brings a new Hadoop (programming framework) open source community hub to central London. The office location takes advantage of the wealth of tech talent in the area and better serves Hortonworks’ rapidly growing customer and partner bases.

  • The Economist Group

    This prestigious project provided new headquarters for the Economist Group - the first time the majority of their Group companies had been located in a single place

  • Good Food Matters

    We designed the Community Hub Teaching Kitchen and associated garden where people are taught the skills and confidence they need to reintegrate into society. The key drivers of the project's design were Inclusivity and Sustainability, values that are also deeply embedded in our own philosophy.

  • PHD Media

    A combination of meeting booths, group meeting areas and ‘great coffee’ has created a hugely important front of house asset for facilitating PHD’s relationships with its Client’s and Suppliers.

  • St. Margaret’s Townhouses

    The St. Margaret’s site is part of Harold Road Conservation Area, encompassed by the Upper Norwood Recreation Area in the Croydon Unitary Development Plan.

  • AXA Assistance

    This complex 40,000sq/ft project involves the Cat A and Cat B refurbishment and re-visioning of a major insurance provider's Redhill headquarters building. The brief of our principle Client HSBC Pension Fund called for the modernisation and refurbishment of the existing base build - consisting of new windows, new courtyard treatment, base build and common parts.

  • East Kent College – Centre for Creative Industries

    East Kent College’s new Centre for the Creative Industries was designed in collaboration with Richard Hopkinson Architects.

  • Impact House

    A reuse and extension of an existing office block, Impact House was granted permission under Permitted Development Rights and in respect of the extended component normal full planning regime - including the application of the London Housing Design Guide requirements.

  • Bedford Park

    Bedford Park apartments form part of ‘Miflats’ – a unique brand that we developed with our client Criterion Capital. The Miflats brand is currently being applied to more than 3,000 homes in and around London.

  • The TVC Group

    TVC group, part of The Economist Group, relocated to a refurbished warehouse building in the heart of Camden, London. They required a modern, unique space that would reflect their forward thinking ideas and maintain an open-flow work ethic.
