Sam is particularly attuned to the integration of design and construction processes and the role that new technologies have to play in this dialogue. From this basis he takes a strategic and holistic approach to resolving project challenges. Dovetailing stakeholder management skills and analytical prowess with design sensibility, Sam develops project solutions that are inspiring whilst also grounded in pragmatism. Experience spanning public and private sector including schools, children’s centres, elderly care and libraries on the one hand to hotels, offices, apartment developments and one-off houses on the other. Sam has worked within a variety of consultancy and client organizations performing various design and delivery roles. Sam has a keen interest in practice matters and education in architecture and practice – he is currently an examiner for RIBA part 3 at the University of Westminster.
